Bragging Rights

So I have to brag about my husband. If you don't like mushy gooshy stuff, turn away now!!

Over Christmas break, Daniel scheduled an appointment in Lindon for new tires. He researched it out and found he could get the best deal in Lindon. Since the appointment was during the work day, I was the person in charge of taking his car down. I had 2 whole weeks off for Christmas Break. It was grand with plenty of time to read, sleep in, watch movies, clean, organize, etc. But, I digress...Daniel made sure I knew the price he'd been quoted and who he had spoken with on the phone. That way I could him call with any problems. So, I drove the car to Lindon with the help of my hubby. I-15 had been closed down to just 1 lane due to emergency pot holes-I wondered if they were pot holes that could eat a small child or swallow a whole car. Daniel, bless his heart talked me through the whole drive down, instructing me (with the aide of Google Earth) which back roads to take that weren't busy with traffic. When I got to Discount Tires, I spoke with the manager-luckily the guy Daniel had talked to. After I chatted with the manager for a minute, he went over to another employee and chatted with him for a sec. All the while, this new chap kept looking at me. I was worried at first, but then the manager went into a back room and came back with...FLOWERS!

Daniel had his sister Ashley (thanks to her) get me flowers and drop them off at Discount! It made me smile, and almost cry. Luckily I didn't break out into tears-can you imagine seeing a lady crying in a tire shop! What a lucky girl I am. I sure love my husband. Thanks for letting me brag :)
