Swimming at the Rec Center

Daniel bought a wet suit to use for the Spudman Triathalon in July and needed to try it out in a swimming pool, so we decided to head to the J. L. Sorenson Rec Center for a family swim day!

Getting Ready...

Variah was in heaven swimming and playing in the water.  She HATED getting out when they blew the whistle to check the water.  Her lips were blue and she was shivering, but cried when I tried to get her out to warm her up with her towel.  She's our little fish!

 

 

Sliding down the slides with us was fun for all of us

She loved going down the little Nemo slide all by herself 

The water fountains were also a favorite

It was a fun day! Hopefully we can go again and let's hope the water is warmer :)
