Girls Camp July 8-11

For girls camp this year we went to a campground up American Fork since it was ward camp. The weather was nice until we got to the campground and then the rain started. And barely stopped!  We were able to make the most of it that week and even had some sunny times to dry us out! It was a blast though and everyone got along so well.

Our camp director said she had cookie dough for a treat and the girls moved faster than I have ever seen them move!

It was a fun week, but it ended scary! During the night we woke up to gun shots! It was so scary to hear and not know what was going on. I kept waiting for the missionaries that ran the camp to come tell us we had to evacuate the camp or something crazy like that. Luckily that didn't happen but I sure did NOT sleep the rest of the night worrying about all sorts of different scenarios!
