Here are pictures that happened during the month of March while we were home and while we were away, that were sent to us.
We celebrated Dr. Seuss' birthday with red jell-o and whipped cream desserts
Everett really enjoyed his jell-o
They celebrated at school with a Horton Hears a Who art paper and a cat in the hat disguise
Variah learned about underwater creatures in preschool and made this cute jelly fish art using her hands and colored fruit loops. Such a cute idea.
Everett loves playing with the blocks and will drag both bags from Variah's room to me so that I can open them. He then dumps the blocks out.
He is even good to carry them back to her room to put them away
This little guy loves taking my sunglasses and wearing them
Sophie has a jeep that drives with the steering wheel adapted as the gas pedal to accommodate her inability to push with her feet. Variah loves helping her out by driving her up and down the street. Jeff walks behind to "pull the plug" if the jeep goes too fast.
We love selfies
This little girl was so tired one day that I found her in her room sound asleep. It was pretty nice having both kids asleep for a bit that afternoon.
My neighbor Oravahn Laaw is the nicest! She is also the best cook. She is from Laos and brings me Pad Thai, Lettuce wraps and other tasty dishes. She even remembers to give the kids treats as well, like the bag of oreo cookies.
So incredibly yummy
Everett turned 18 months on the 11th and was ready to go to Nursery...not so much he cried anytime we tried to leave. So I get to stay in Nursery with him for Sunday School and then leave him for the third hour. He loves snack time!
These kids love when Daniel is home, especially after a business trip
A cute new hairstyle I tried on V
He likes to carry my water bottle with him when he walks around outside
The Sunday before we were to leave for Puerto Rico, my maternal grandma Mimi's health started to decline and they were worried she might pass away while I was gone. So I drove up to Layton to see her. I am so thankful that I was able to spend that one on one time with her. She didn't pass away while I was gone, but did so shortly after we got back.
I was able to talk with her and tell her how much I loved her. I have some very fond memories with Mimi and am blessed to have had her in my life.
She was in and out of being awake, so I love that I got this picture of us together
My mom was there as well...I love this 3 generation picture. I didn't bring the rest of my family because one of the kiddos was sick and Daniel stayed home to take care of them.
Enjoying the snow being gone and the "warmer" weather
A selfie the day before we left for Puerto Rico
My mom spent the night before we left on our trip because our flight was early the next morning. Variah was pretty excited that she got to snuggle with Larlie that morning.
Variah and Marika playing at Grandma and Grandpa Taylor's house while we were gone
For Family Home Evening they acted out stories from the Bible

A leprechaun visited Variah's preschool. Looks like he put a spell on her eyes
We brought back Croc shoes for Variah from PR
She just knew they would make her run faster
March 19th
The weekend we got back from PR I hosted Ashley's bridal shower. She is an Audrey Hepburn fan, so I did a Breakfast at Tiffany's Themed shower. We had a waffle bar with sweet or savory waffles. Debbie, Anna, Alyssa and Tiffany were great and helped out with bringing toppings for the waffles.
I wanted to try out my sugar cookie decorating so I made sugar cookies as a treat for the ladies
Anna also brought her waffle iron to make fresh waffles
Orange Juice or Milk
All the yummy food
Tiffany, Julia (cousin), Kevin's wife (cousin in law), Camille, Anna, Aubrey (cousin)

milk bottles from tiffany
Woo Woo bag from Alyssa
Everett wasn't too sure about Quinton
With the leftover dough and frosting I made some March Madness cookies to bribe Spencer with so he'd accept my bracket for the March Madness contest.
Darling easter gifts from Grandma and Grandpa Taylor with erasers, cadbury mini eggs and a sucker
V loved her bunny eraser
Everett will randomly come give my legs a hug while I in the kitchen. I love it
Cuddling on the floor watching cartoons
We wore crazy socks to support Caleb Green and other kids with Down Syndrome
Facetiming with Dad
Variah was helping Everett put on some shoes. I love his face like he's not so sure about it and wants me to intervene \
Bath time fun
She just fell asleep in my arms one day

The cupcakes were a hit
And the green frosting was too!
Easter March 27th
While we were at church the Easter Bunny visited us! He hid eggs all over the family room and kitchen and put our baskets on the couch.
Everett got a wiggle car, books and lots of treats
Daniel got some new flip flops and treats for his office
I got placemats for the kitchen table, a syrup dispenser and my favorite Reese's peanut butter eggs.
Variah got a red wiggle car, books and treats
Thank goodness for technology to help Everett enjoy nursery while I sneak out.
Our cute little Easter Bunny
Mimi Passed away on March 21st. We had her funeral on March 28th. It was a snowy day but such a great day to celebrate her life. I said the opening prayer for the funeral and all the grandkids and great grandkids sang 2 primary songs.
Just before they closed the casket
Placing my rose and saying one last good bye
It has been YEARS since most have us have been together so this picture is pretty amazing. There are some that couldn't make it but still a great picture of the posterity of Mimi
My Aunt Steph, Uncle Jeff, Aunt Lisa, mom, Great Cousin Tracie, Aunt Tina
This little guy LOVES watching Bubble Guppies
Testing out dad's flip flops
To celebrate Variah's 50th day of school they had a 50's day. A classmate's mom made poodle skirts for all the girls-thank you Dani!
The cute girls
The whole class minus Sam
March was one busy busy month, but we were able to spend lots of it with our loved ones from near and far. It was a good month!
