July 4th-6th

Pregnancy Pictures for July

July 6

July was an insane busy month! It seemed like everything was packed into that one month making it go really fast! It started off with my family's reunion. Ciara, Austin, Christian, Laura and Jack were all in town. We love it when our AZ families come home to Utah!

We started the festivities off with a  barbecue at Carter and Annie's house. I attempted to make Red, White and Blue punch for the dinner. It was one of those things you see on Pinterest and decide to try out at the party rather than at your house to see if it really works.  Yeah, I know, why do I do new recipes for guests or parties? It is just how I do things.

You can kinda see the 3 layers

Annie had darling 4th of July props for us to take pictures with. We had a lot of fun posing with our families, just the girls and of course the cousins

Pretty hot stuff huh?

We had to act quickly cuz these kids didn't love the props as much as the adults

They loved playing in the waterless pool though! And we loved watching all 4 of them play together

We even had a badmitten tournament. I don't even remember who won the whole thing, but we sure laughed lots!

Friday Morning we had breakfast here at our house. We had the Taylor family tradition of Red, White and Blue waffles.

I tried the drink out at home and it worked. I think the key with the drink is to use more than the small amount I had in each cup. The cups should have been bigger or I should have just done a large container for looks, stirred it up and served the drinks.

Daniel and I made her shirt the night before with paint, pencil erasers and freezer paper. Super easy. We thought she looked pretty cute in her 4th of July outfit

I won't lie. I pretty much get teary eyed every time I look at these pictures of Variah and Austin.  Austin is so cute with Variah and she loves him so much. It makes me sad they aren't in Utah anymore cuz we sure miss them! But I love how the two of them were just hanging out eating peas from the garden.

Jack and Variah loved hugging each other that weekend.  It was pretty cute

We celebrated the July birthdays. Cait and Laura have birthdays along with Variah, but we let these two blow out the candles since Variah was gonna have a cake on the 15th.  The best part is that Variah still talks about birthday cake and fireworks at Larlie Pops house. So it was a night to remember for her

Getting ready for the fireworks. Variah was super cute and would say "hear dat? Fireworks" And she would cup her hand around her ear. She loved listening to them going off around the neighborhood

The country club by my folks' place does fireworks, so we just have to sit in the backyard to watch them. Can't beat that!

Ciara and Austin

My mom and the love bugs. All through the fireworks Trey and Variah kept kissing! It was the funniest thing. It was almost like they knew that you just do that during fireworks. I don't know what the chaperone was doing, other than laughing!

The next morning we headed up to Muller Park in Bountiful for dutch oven breakfast.  It was really yummy and my grandpa B even made it.  Of course we had to take lots of pictures of everyone together.

Chelsea was even nice enough to take pictures of our family.

Such a sweet little girl

To get Variah to smile for pictures we tell her to laugh and then snap pictures like mad when she's smiling. I love this laughing one though!

Saying goodbye to Jack

Sunday night we went up for one last dinner before Ciara and Austin went back to AZ. Christian and family had left that morning.

Cait was the entertainer with the little ones

It was a fun pack weekend!
