She LOVED this ride!
After riding a couple of rides, we had lunch with the 4Life employees. During lunch they do a raffle and give our prizes. Last year Daniel won the grand prize. This year he didn't win anything. We've decided it is an every other year thing for him. Here's hoping for next year!
Everett was still asleep at my parents' house with Caitlyn, so we kept riding rides.
This little stinker knew exactly where we were and would turn her head the other way! We were cheering and shouting to her. I guess we were embarrassing her or she just wanted to be a stinker and NOT look at us.
She figured out how to work the handle bar so she could go up and down in the helicopter.
She was the lead tug boat and was pretty excited to ring that bell and turn the steering wheel and have all the other boats follow her lead.
This is Stockton Lisonbee, his dad Matt works with Daniel. Matt's parents
started 4Life.
Variah loved this ride and how it "tickled her tummy"
I'd say we look alike
We finished off our day with the Train. We had to wait about 30 minutes in line and then 30 minutes on the train before it left the station! I'm glad we did it, but it was not worth that wait! The animals were kinda lethargic and not so entertaining. Lagoon should probably just stick to rides and not animals.
Daniel wondered if this tiger was stuffed
We are so thankful that Caitlyn was willing to watch Everett for us so we could have one on one time with Variah. I think she really enjoyed having her parents all to herself. And it helped that we were at a super fun place like Lagoon!
Looks like a fun day! Smart idea to leave Everett so you could enjoy the day with Variah.
